We are a professional architecture based in the State of New York (USA) and Spain.

Get to know me

Toni Luz. Architect specialized in building envelopes (facades, roofing and waterproofing), who has been working in New York City since 2006, guiding clients through the complex, highly technical matters related to the design, contracting, and execution of building envelope systems, developing specific solutions for each building, proven in the industry, durable, and sustainable.

Mr. Luz has experience in all kinds of facades (curtain wall, windows, structural glazing, architectural precast concrete, rainscreen, stone, face brick, GFRC, terracotta, porcelain, etc.), roofing, skylights, below-grade waterproofing, energy calculations, condensation risk evaluations, leak investigations, and repairs.

Registered Architect in the State of New York and in Spain, with international experience in tens of projects including 275 meter (900 feet) residential skyscrapers, office towers, hotels, schools, laboratory buildings, etc., in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Middle East.
